        Thank you for shopping with Louie Living. We hope you and your fur baby love your purchase, but just in case here’s everything you need to know about returns.

        To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

        Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase.

        RETURNS PROCESS

        o start a return, please contact us at info@livingtextiles.com with your order number and reason for return.

         If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
        *Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the reason is change of mind and/or purchase of wrong size. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind purchases.

        **If you are returning a product because it is faulty, or we have sent the wrong item, we (Louie Living) will cover the cost of the return.

        **If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

        CHANGE OF MIND

        You can return your item(s) within 30 days from receipt of your order for an exchange or store credit. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email.

        *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Store credits are applied minus any shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.

        * due to health and hygiene reasons, dog beds/toys etc must not be used by your pet otherwise we can not accept returns

         

        PURCHASED WRONG SIZE

        If you purchased the wrong size, you could return your item(s) within 30 days from receipt of your order for an exchange or store credit.

        Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

        *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Store credits are applied minus any shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable.

        REFUNDS

        Refunds are only provided on items that are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Store credit applies for wrong size purchased or change of mind.

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund including cost of goods and shipping will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

        If you are returning a product because it is faulty, or we have sent the wrong item, we (Louie Living) will cover the cost of the return.

        If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of receiving your notification of refund, we advise that you check your bank account, contact your credit card company or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us info@livingtextiles.com

        DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

        If you received a damaged or faulty product, please email us within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the damaged or faulty product along with your name and invoice number to info@livingtextiles.com

        We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund pending on available stock.

        MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

        If for any reason there is an issue with your order, missing item or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of receipt, providing a picture of your order, invoice number and name to info@livingtextiles.com

        We will promptly work on solving the issue.
